Finca Lerida Coffee plantation

When we arrived at the coffee plantation, the views are incredible.  We’re on mountains that were created by ancient volcanoes.  We can see other mountains and above  them some of the forest canopies.  The plantation is landscaped with thousand of flowers and flowering shrubs. There’ is a lot of work to harvest and dry coffee beans.  The bean is actually a seed inside a red fruit.  The fruit is very sweet almost plum like in flavor.
